This is a very hot Japanese Ramen instant noodles with a base of tonkotsu broth and spicy chilli pepper, doubanjian (hot chilli bean paste), miso, and Chinese pepper.
This Japanese instant ramen was made after 8 months and more than 100 tests and experiments.
It is very hot but at the same time you can fell the umami taste in the balanced rich soup. 2 kinds of miso are blended to add rich
flavour.
